arts & crafts VENDORS

Description of event:

  • Outdoor Festival at Bayview Part – 2001 E Lloyd St., Pensacola, FL

  • Event Starts at 8 AM until 5 PM

  • Free admission to the public. All day entertainment and Dragon Boat Racing

Vendor information and requirements:  Please Read Carefully

  • All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come first serve basis and honored whenever possible.

  • You must provide your own tents, tables, power, etc.  (If power is required: inverter or solar generators only.)

  • Please provide a detailed description of your booth and products on the Registration form.

  • Vendors must check in between 6 A.M. – 7:30 AM Saturday, October 12TH.

  • Vehicles will not be allowed in festival area after 7:30 AM Saturday, October 12TH.

  • Early vendor setup will start at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 11TH.

Booths must be completely set-up by 8 AM

All booths must remain open until 5 PM

Vendors will have from 5:00 PM– 6:30 PM to pack up.  All vendors must be off festival grounds by 7 PM.

The Vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris.

This is a rain or shine event & no refunds will be given.

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

Vendor sites are limited and will be reserved upon review and approval of Festival Committee and receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to deny your application.

Vendor Registration must be submitted and paid in full by October 1ST, 2024.

When registration is approved, an invoice will be sent.  Payments will be accepted on-line, check or cash.  All payments are due by October 4TH, 2024.


Food Trucks - $400.00

10x10 Booth Space - $55.00

Other spaces can be provided upon approval.
