Practices are being scheduled
Each Team gets (2) 1-Hour practice sessions with a professional coach from Dynamic Dragon Boat. The practices start September 26TH through September 29TH, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Below you can download the current practice schedule and available times. Please email team@pensacoladragonboatfestival.com to schedule your practice.

Athletes Village
Each Team gets a 20'x20' site in the Athletes Village. The site is where your team can congregate, relax, party and socialize with other teams. It is highly encouraged to decorate your site. The Best Athletes Village Site will receive a special award. Below you can download the Athletes Village Site Map and Current Assignments. Please email team@pensacoladragonboatfestival.com to assign your site.
Teams have the opportunity to setup their Athletes Village Site Friday, September 29TH, any time after 10:00 AM. If setup is done Saturday, September 30TH, please have your site ready prior to the start of the races. No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area after 7:30. We will have overnight security from Friday night to Saturday morning.

The Captains Dinner - September 21ST, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruby Slipper Cafe
Please join us for the 9TH Annual, 2023 Pensacola Dragon Festival Captains Dinner. The dinner is being held at the Ruby Slipper Cafe, 509 South Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. Each Team Captain and one (1) guest is invited. Dinner and 2 adult drinks will be provided. At the dinner you will be given information for the festival and have the opportunity to meet members of NE SERTOMA, Gulf Coast Kids House, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity and The Escambia County Public Schools Foundation.
If you are unable to attend, please email team@pensacoladragonboatfestival.com and we can coordinate getting you the Captains Package.
